Diecisiete artistas chilenos, casi todos ellos pertenecientes al estilo realista contemporáneo, mostraron la semana pasada sus obras en la Feria de Arte Independiente de Madrid (FAIM), al ser Chile el país invitado este año en esta importante muestra."Es importante que estos artistas chilenos tengan la oportunidad de exponer sus obras, aunque sean pocas, porque forman parte de distintas escuelas chilenas que se han radicado en Madrid", aseguró la Secretaria de Cultura de la Embajada de Chile en España, Emma Landaeta, quién también expone su obra.
Entre los pintores destacados, estaba Mario Caamaño (artista destacado de nuestro blog), quién lleva viviendo 3 años en España gracias a una beca otorgada por la prestigosa academia ARAUCO, la que está dirigida por el también chileno Guillermo Muñoz Vera.
La décima versión de la FAIM, se realizó entre los días 19 y 20 de este mes con un éxito total en asistencia de público.
